About Me!

Meet Mady

Hi, I'm Mady Gray — a small-town girl from Celina, Ohio, and the heart behind Faithfully Booked.

By day, I'm a bank teller, and I love the personal, face-to-face service that comes with small-town life. By evening, you'll find me with dirt on my hands from the garden, a good book within arm's reach, and my family close by. I'm a proud wife and mama of one, and honestly, that's the best title I'll ever hold.

I've always been a reader — the kind who stays up too late turning pages and keeps a stack on the nightstand that never quite shrinks. I'm also an avid gardener and outdoor lover. My husband and I tend a small farm property, and there's something about growing things and being outside that feeds the same part of me that stories do.

When I'm not reading or digging in the dirt, I'm probably decorating — creating cozy, beautiful spaces for the people I love. That same care goes into every blind date I wrap: the paper, the clues, the little extras tucked inside.

Why Faithfully Booked?

I started this shop because I believe books deserve a second chapter — and readers deserve to be surprised by something wholesome, hand-picked, and wrapped with intention. I wanted to build something that feels like a gift from a friend: personal, faith-friendly, and a little bit magical.

Faithfully Booked is a small, heart-forward corner of the internet for readers who love a little mystery — with books that honor clean storytelling, gentle surprise, and faith-friendly choices when you want them.

Books before landfills

Readable books shouldn't ride a one-way trip to the landfill when someone still wants them. Faithfully Booked leans on upcycling and stewarded inventory — rescue hauls, overstocks, shop-worn but complete copies, and other second-chapter books I triage for quality. Packaging still aims to be reduce / reuse / recycle friendly, but my heart is on keeping paper in readers' hands.

I'm not perfect — ask on Contact if you want to know how a specific blind date line is sourced.
