Processing times

Blind date parcels are wrapped by hand. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after checkout. During busy seasons (holidays, launches), allow up to 7–10 business days before your package leaves our hands. You’ll get a Shopify confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking when it ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses when USPS is available at checkout.

International shipping is not offered at this time. If that changes, we’ll update this page and our FAQ.

Carriers & tracking

We use USPS or UPS depending on package weight, destination, and what Shopify shows at checkout. Tracking links appear in your Shopify shipping email once the label is created.

Packaging

We aim for reduce / reuse / recycle friendly materials—craft wrap, paper fill, and recyclable outer mailers when we can. If you have allergies, fragrance sensitivities, or a plastic-free preference, note it on Contact before or right after you order and we’ll do our best to honor it.

Returns & exchanges

Blind dates are mystery parcels—once the wrap is opened, we can’t take them back for reading preference.

We will make it right when:

  • Your parcel arrives damaged or clearly defective
  • You receive the wrong item or a duplicate of something you already own from us (tell us within 7 days of delivery)
  • Your order is still sealed and unopened and you contact us within 14 days of delivery—we may offer store credit toward a future blind date, not including original shipping

Email [email protected] with your Shopify order number and photos if something arrived damaged.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have the parcel, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office first. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we’ll help you start a carrier inquiry when possible.
