Agreement

By using faithfullybooked.com (this site), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Faithfully Booked LLC (“we,” “us,” “Faithfully Booked”) operates faithfullybooked.com; Shopify handles product checkout when you purchase blind dates or other items through our Buy Buttons or linked storefront.

What we provide

This site shares stories, policies, and information about blind date with a book parcels and related bookish goods. Product descriptions, prices, availability, and checkout are managed in Shopify and may change without notice on this page.

Purchases

When you buy through Shopify:

  • You enter a contract with Faithfully Booked LLC for the goods, subject to Shopify’s checkout terms and payment processing.
  • Order confirmations, receipts, and shipping updates come from Shopify to the email you provide at checkout.
  • Shipping, returns, and lost-package policies are described on our Shipping page and FAQ—those pages are part of these Terms by reference.

Blind date products

Blind dates are curated mystery books wrapped without spoilers. Genre, vibe, and content comfort notes on product pages are guides—not guarantees of a specific title, author, or edition. We work in good faith to match your stated preferences and our wholesome / faith-friendly standards.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation
  • Scrape, spam, or harass us or other visitors
  • Use our content or branding without permission

We may suspend access if we believe these Terms are violated.

Intellectual property

Site text, photos, branding, and design (except third-party embeds such as Shopify widgets) are owned by Faithfully Booked LLC or used with permission. You may share links to our pages; you may not republish large portions of our content or resell our blind date concept as your own shop without written permission.

Disclaimers

This site and its content are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Book selections reflect our curation standards but reading tastes vary—we cannot promise every blind date becomes a lifelong favorite.

Limitation of liability
